Free and Commercial Support options  

The DotNetNuke.dk modules and skins are either free or sold at a low price. This can only be done because the modules and skins are delivered with limited end user support. Here is a description of your support options:

Free Support

Free support is available at these levels:

First level of free support is provided by including a full documentation document with each module and skin. The document should contain answers to most common questions you have when installing, uninstalling, and using the module or skin.

Second level is the FAQ for the module or skin, which is found at the www.dotnetnuke.dk site. The FAQ will contain answers to more special questions, and to issues that have been found after the module release.

Third level is the Forum for the module or skin. All forums for the dotnetnuke.dk modules and skins can be found at the www.dotnetnuke.dk where you are able to write your questions. Answers can come from either other end users, or directly from the author of the module or skin.

Fourth level is only available in modules that include the source code. Here you are able to have your own or a third part programmer to investigate the issues directly in the module source code. Dependent on your setup, the programmer will most likely charge you for the service.

Commercial Support (not currently available)

Commercial support for the dotnetnuke.dk site modules and skins are performed by the company Bonosoft (www.bonosoft.dk). Please see the company web site or contact the company directly for more information about support options, price and service level agreements.

Commercial support can be available as direct e-mail, phone, and on-site support.
